The experience with Brookstone was excellent on every level. Our sales rep, Doug, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The install crew were extremely professional, clean, and efficient. I would like to say how impressed My wife and I were of the service from Cristian D. I dont want to write his last name just incase. Christian was not a pushy sales person he explained your quality in your product your product.,Cristian is very informed and takes his time explaining things he was super patient with me as English is not 100% as English is my second language he made sure that I understood what he was saying my wife would translate and he waited patiently while my wife translated for me. He represented your company so well how your company is family oriented thank you so much so happy and friendly. Also a hug thank you to Chris I dont recall his last name he came to measure our doors and windows he was so nice and friendly thank you both for yoir services in each of your departments.

From your he initial quote to the install and the follow up appointment the experience with Brookstone has been amazing. Had our new patio door installed in just over a week from the first visit! The quality, lifetime warranty and professionalism are well worth a little extra expense compared to other companies.

Salespeople were very knowledgeable and explained the process. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up along with hanging the blinds. The products do exactly what they say.

We had the pleasure of getting 11 new energy efficient windows installed by Brookstone windows and doors.
The entire crew was amazing to work with. From the initial sales call from Doug who was very helpful in selecting the windows and colour to match the house. The installers Jesse and Devon were on time and very personable while they did the install over 2 days. The follow up from Sarah was appreciated as was the final visit from Donat. This final inspection from Donat was very informative and helpful in explaining the warranty and the like.
Overall Brookstone was a great company to work with and we are very happy with the whole process and the windows are fantastic.

My experience with Brookstone could not have been better. A personable canvasser came to my door, explaining that they would be working in the area. For months I have had two windows that would NOT close, I asked if someone could take a look at it. It was not necessarily a job the company really did, but we organized a time that day to have someone take a look.
Chris came and told me about the company. Not only this, he FIXED the problematic window that 5 people had already tried to fix (these were VERY old single pane windows with screens, very old school). Chris did this simply because he wanted to help. He then explained clearly and with physical examples how Brookside’s front door systems worked. This was a job that had to be done before next winter. Chris helped me to select the most cost effective choice for my budget. There was no upselling, or pressure to buy, he even talked to my parents, who are helping with the cost.
I could not be happier with the company and my understanding of how the installation will go. The lifetime warranty is unheard of in these days of planned obsolescence, having to replace materials every few years in most industries.
I will be having my front door system replaced, and I am not going to have to refinance my house to do it! The installation will be thorough and effectively upgraded.
Chris added 3 promotional features to decrease the initial cost by over $1000. I highly recommend this company and encourage those with any window or door concerns to at least look up the company, and see what they can do for you. The company is entirely Canadian… something we need more of.

The product is high quality, beautiful, and has an incredible warranty. The company is local and have excellent business practices and philosophies.

The service from the very first interaction with Donah, to the quote with Shingai, to the communications with Sarah, and the incredible work from Devon and Jesse was welcoming, friendly, genuine, and never pushy.

The consultation with Shingai really felt like we just had friends over. He came and looked at our current windows, gave recommendations and explained everything so well!

Devon and Jesse were so quick and did a phenomenal job. You could hear them laughing and having fun even though it was so cold outside and the work was the best.

Each person took time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. It truly felt like they cared and valued us a customers and people.

If you need new windows or doors, don’t even consider anyone else, these guys are what you’re looking for!

This is a long overdue, that I have been meaning to share my overall experience so here it goes, almost a year later. Overtime you tend to realize why such a company take a very long time to complete a project which really for the benefit of its customer. I would rather have longest relationship with a company, going back and forth to exceed my expectation rather than going to my home twice for installation and touched ups (based on my experience) because in the end I’m left of to do the rest. Indeed it was a hustle to make arrangements and taking the time off but I definitely would like to witness and being involved how its being installed because its my own home. Its quite difficult to pleased the whole universe with their own unique vision and desire for their home they are living in but I must thank Brookstone, Harman, Donat, Mike, Kevin and Kim for fulfilling the project with integrity and humility. Even though its lifetime warranty, I would like to still feel the amount of money I invested is really for the functionality of the windows and doors. I can’t seem to recall the amount times the team had to come to our house because of all my demands and concerns but nevertheless I received the best customer service experience. We trusted Brookstone to replace 3 windows on our main floor. The sales representative was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything from the product itself to financing.
The windows were ready to be installed earlier than expected, and the Brookstone representative ensured a date we could have them installed that was convenient for us.
The installers were professional and did an amazing job installing them. They cleaned everything up before the left the job site.
I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
