Brookstone was excellent from start to finish. We had multiple people come out for quotes and narrowed it down to Brookstone and another company. After some back-and-forth, we decided to go with Brookstone as we had friends that used them and had nothing but good things to say. Shawn was fantastic, he explained everything, went over the quote with us, was easy to reach and answered all our questions. Aimee was our project manager, she was on top of everything and we ended up having everything installed a few weeks sooner than the initial plan which was great with the weather warning up. The two gentleman(Marty and Cody) installing the doors were punctual, thorough and made sure there was no mess left behind each day.

The windows are beautiful. Such a huge change from the original wood storm windows we had. Our new doors are the most gorgeous shade of blue and our home's appearance has really benefitted.

We had a few small hiccups with the interior lever (should have been a knob) and a small knick in the weatherstripping, but when contacting Aimee, everything was taken care of quickly and without any hassle to us.

We can't say enough good things about Brookstone, it was a pleasure to work with them and we are very happy we went with their company. Highly recommend.

Great customer service provided by all staff. Our order took longer because of supply issues due to Covid, but great experience overall.

Sales representative was always available to assist with any questions and concerns. Quality of the patio door and workmanship of installation surpassed our expectations. My husband and I weren't actively looking to replace our back patio door and front door but it was in the back of our minds to get done eventually. We had a neighbour on our street getting their windows done so a rep came to our door and asked if we were interested in a a free quote. The price they give you is good for a year so I thought why not? Brian was our sales rep and he was very honest and great to work with. We had him look at our windows and said outright they don't need to be done for a while so I don't want to take your money for no reason. He took his time to go through several different options and addressed all of our questions including having our patio door swinging outside instead of inside. He was also very thorough and seemed quite knowledgeable about what we wanted done. The finished product is absolutely stunning and they followed up the next day to make sure everything went well. I look forward to working with them again when the need arises!

We had two outer doors installed and are very pleased with the results. The sales person Kyle was friendly and professional and took the time to go over every detail and gave us a quote right away.

On the day of installation the installers Peter and Collin were also very friendly and took the time to do the job properly. They even went above and beyond to install a lock on the front main door that wasn’t part of the quote.

We were referred to brookstone by my sister and brother in law as they were very impressed with the service Brian Morrissey had provided them. We live close to London; however Brian had no issue driving the 45 mins to see us upon hearing he was highly recommended. We are replacing all the windows and doors of our new ( to us ) home. There are 9 windows and two large sliding patio doors plus large double front doors.

Once he arrived and we got started we could see why our family members were so impressed. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Brookstone is very thorough before ordering and installing windows. They took measurements at least 3 times before ordering and once after windows were ready. They called when windows arrived at their warehouse and made appointment for installation. They crew of 3 installers for 5 bedroom style windows were courteous and very efficient The complete installation including clean-up took less than 5 hours. We are very satisfied with windows and the instillation process. We give them 5 STARS out of 5.

I had a front door replaced with extra wide 40” door with etched sidelight. The door was steel and it was perfectly in great shape. The technicians removed old door and repaired at no charge wooden threshold. The workers were informative to me at different stages of install and maintained a clean work site . We were very satisfied with the windows and doors that Brookstone installed for us. From the salesman to the installers. The workers were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up after each day . When the job was completed they walked us around and audited each window. We did find one window with a manufacturing defect. It took a few weeks to get this replaced and the company stayed in contact until it was completed. We did have delays due to Covid for the original installation date…but we were ok with that. We have recommended this company to our friends.

We had three windows installed. Two of the windows were too small when they first came. The installers did not want to install them so they reordered windows that fit properly.
