- Second Measure: A technical service specialist will return to your home to take a second measurement, just to ensure that all the specifications are correct and precise.
- Order: We will then place the order and manufacture your new windows and doors using only the highest quality un-recycled materials to ensure superior quality.
- Production: Production typically takes 6-10 weeks, during which we’ll keep you updated on the progress.
- Installation Date Confirmation: When your windows and doors are ready, we’ll contact you to set an installation date.

- Remove all window treatments from your windows and doors prior to our arrival
- Clear the work areas of any furnishings that might get in the way
- Make sure all pets and small children remain safely away from the work area during the installation process.

- Professional Installation: Depending on the complexity, installation typically ranges 0.5-2 hours per window or door. Our team will treat your home with the care and respect it deserves and clean up post-installation.
- Follow-Up Review: After the installation is complete, our General Manager will review the project to ensure your complete satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
