How does it all work?
Buying windows and doors is not something most of us do often, maybe a couple of times in our lifetimes, so we’re not entirely sure how it works. Brookstone has a simple 5 step process, understanding that the windows and doors are custom-built for your home.
1. Book your in-home consultation – because the products are custom-built we need to be inside your home.
2. In-home consultation – to assess your specific window and door concerns and issues, measure the openings, show you available options and provide you with a detailed quote, good for one year, that will give you the knowledge and understanding of how to move forward.
3. Second measure – we send highly trained technicians to double-check the project work to make sure nothing has been missed or overlooked – measure twice…cut once!
4. Installation – depending on the size of your project our installers will be at your home, remove the old windows and doors and install the new custom-built product. We take away the old product and make sure everything is clean and tidy.
5. Service – we’re not perfect and sometimes (though not often) something goes wrong – rest assured that a quick phone call and we’ll be there to assess the concern and get it right – part of our inclusive Warranty.
