We provide a lifetime warranty on all of our windows and doors. Your product specialist will be able to provide you with more information and answer any other additional questions you may have about our warranty at the time of your appointment.

The installers will carefully watch where they step and what footwear they have on when walking through your home. Do I need to be present for the installation process?
Whether it is the home owner, a family member or a friend, we do require having someone home during the installation. This will ensure that the order is installed in the order of preference and should the installers have any questions regarding the job finishing someone is there to help.

Do you have a showroom where I can see more products in person?
Absolutely we do! Our wonderful showroom is located at 3423 Walker Rd, Windsor, ON, N8W 3S2. We would love to have you come in and check our displays and we can answer any additional questions you may have.
What is the lead time for installation?
This varies from job to job and has been severely impacted by supply chain issues relating to COVID. At this time projects are taking between 5 – 6 months from the time the contract is signed. The supply chain is getting better, and we hope to see this timeline shorten.
Do you do storm/screen doors?
We do not sell or install storm or screen doors.
